Begin Again
As I write this, it is the end of January. Often people who have set a resolution or goal of some sort at the beginning of the year, have abandoned it by now. If that has happened to you, you are in good company.
Here are 3 tips to get back on track:
Begin again. There is no shame in starting over. There is also no magic in the date. Just pick a date and go.
Reward small steps. It can take a while to see the fruits of your efforts, so dangle little carrots for yourself to stay motivated.
Align reward with the behavior change you are trying to make. For example, if your goal is to read one industry-related article every day to increase your knowledge, couple that with drinking your favorite non-alcoholic beverage. You can drink your beverage while you read the article.
