In the early years of my career, I unexpectedly lost a family member to mental illness and burnout in his high-stress sales job.  It rocked my world.  That sent me on a me-search journey for over 30 years investing in my own wellness to ensure that didn’t happen to me or another loved one.  In my various roles from individual contributor to manager to executive leader I have endeavored to weave in the wellness principals I learned along the way to help my sales teams and the organizations I worked for stronger and more resilient.  In addition to helping teammates take care of themselves mentally and physically, I believe it is important for organizations to provide good communication and a supportive culture to help their employees be their best on the job and in life.  The more effectively companies do this, the more productive is their workforce and the more successful the organization.  I founded WorkFlowGrow® to provide workshops, consulting, coaching, and other programming to help organizations and their employees work, flow, and grow more effectively.
