Take A Break

It can be challenging to take a break at work. Overwhelming workloads, feelings of guilt, and not understanding the value of a break often hold us back from pausing the intense pace at which many operate during the workday.

Whether it is a quick five-minute break, a day off, or a longer break, there are many benefits to hitting the pause button at work. Here are a handful of those benefits:

  1. Increases productivity and helps the mind refocus

  2. Lessens injuries, body aches, and pains

  3. Improves creativity

  4. Reduces stress

  5. Boosts relationships with co-workers

  6. Improves mental health

I am taking a page out of this book myself. I have had an extremely busy work schedule the last few weeks and I am taking a break this week from creating a new recording. Instead, here are some of my most popular past recordings.
