Kindness Matters
Did you know practicing random acts of kindness can improve your health and the health of others? It doesn’t have to be anything significant. You can simply hold the door open for someone, let a car in front of you, smile at a stranger, ask a co-worker about their day, etc….
This week is Random Acts of Kindness week (2/13-2/19/23) and Friday, 2/17/23, is Random Acts of Kindness Day. Click here for a great resource for creating kindness in the workplace from the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation.
Imagine how much better your workplace would be if everyone practiced three simple acts of kindness a day this week! It can start with you. I have an idea, why don’t you share these stretch videos with your co-workers or even invite them to do one with you.
