Hack Your Happiness

Happiness Begins with Gratitude

I consider myself a “glass half full” person but my positive attitude was shaken to the core in early 2020 when COVID rocked our world. One of the things I did to get back on track was to start a gratitude practice. I would write down three things I was grateful for every single day. Even if I had a bad day, I would still find a few things that made me smile.

This “attitude of gratitude” practice has really helped me to stay focused on the good things in my life and, therefore, feel more happiness. It works and science backs this up!

In the spirit of gratitude, especially this week of Thanksgiving for Americans, our stretch video is focused on HACKING YOUR HAPPINESS with gratitude. As an additional resource, I am including a link to a blog post I wrote a couple of years ago. It provides scientific insight on the benefits of gratitude and some ideas on how you can incorporate this into your daily life.

Access past stretches and a couple of yoga flows here.

Please share this with friends, family, and colleagues. They can sign up here to receive these weekly stretch break emails directly in their IN box every Monday.

Thank you for your support and Happy Thanksgiving to those of you in the US.
