Hi all. Below is a link to this week's Express Desk Stretch video. I was on vacation at the beach this past week so I couldn't resist creating a "When the Beach Is Your Office" set of stretches. They show you how to use a beach chair as a tool to stretch. Of course, you can use your desk chair to do these stretches too.
