THE FLOW PROCESS WORKSHOP

Stress is the #1 problem for employees and sales professionals in the workplace, costing organizations millions of dollars in lost time and productivity. Your team will experience a hands-on workshop that teaches them how to recognize stress in themselves.  They will learn and practice strategies to use “in the moment” to regulate stress on the job; as well as long-term strategies to manage stress in their day-to-day lives.   This workshop can be delivered in a 2-hour, half-day, or full-day format.  

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

The FLOW Process for Wellness is a workshop that is ideally delivered in a half-day or full-day format but can be shortened. Your employees/team will experience a hands-on workshop that teaches them how to recognize stress in themselves. They will learn and develop techniques to use "in the moment" to regulate stress,. They will also learn strategies to use on an ongoing basis to minimize stress in their day-to-day lives. This workshop is helpful for personal and professional development, as well as, team building.
