Emotional intelligence is the ability to sense, understand, and effectively apply the power of acumen of emotions to facilitate higher levels of collaboration and productivity. In this workshop, employees will recognize that being emotionally intelligent (EQ) can bring more success on the job and in life than a high IQ. They will learn what their personal EQ is and tips to boost it to develop more happiness and better outcomes on and off the job. This workshop can range between 90 minutes and a half day, depending upon the needs of your team and is helpful for personal and professional development, as well as, team building.
