Corporate Yoga Programs

Improve your wellness program with yoga.

It all begins with a meeting to address the needs of your wellness program.

We discuss budget, best times during the day to offer classes, and types of instruction that will work best.

Benefits of adding yoga to your wellness program

A company’s success stems from the individual employee’s success. For a company to be healthy and thriving, each employee needs to be healthy and thriving. Types of Yoga Classes

Power Flow Yoga

Power Flow Yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance while also stretching and lengthening muscles. The body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluid and smooth movements.

Cardio Yoga

Cardio yoga is a style of class that warms up and cools down with Power Flow Yoga poses with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in the middle. This is great for the person who enjoys the stretching and relaxation benefits of yoga but demands more intensity.

Office Chair Yoga

Office Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. These classes are a great option to counteract many of the musculoskeletal problems that office workers develop from sitting at a desk hunched over a computer for long periods of time. Office Chair Yoga is also a great option for beginners, those with physical disabilities, or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

Types of Instruction

Live In-Person

These classes occur on-site at your business location at set times and days each week. When your employees work in one location, this is an ideal option. Classes are tailored to the level of participants and modifications are offered when needed. The instructor will provide point-to-point cues to guide proper technique and alignment and to ensure safety and satisfaction. Each class can accommodate up to 20 employees.

Live Virtual

These classes occur virtually at set times and days each week. When your workforce is spread out or working remotely, this is a great option to improve health and create connection and community with colleagues in different locations. Classes are tailored to the level of participants and modifications are offered when needed. The instructor will provide point-to-point cues to guide proper technique and alignment and to ensure safety and satisfaction. Each class can accommodate up to 30 employees.

On Demand

Employees will have access to a library of classes that can be accessed when and where they need it 24/7/365. Fresh classes will be made available on a weekly basis.

What Others Are Saying

Like many in the corporate world, I find myself spending a lot of time at the computer without much meaningful movement for long periods. Partnering with Work-Flow-Grow to engage in yoga a couple of times each week has helped me to not only break the cycle of inactivity, but also to clear my mind, exercise my core, strengthen my posture and balance, and regain some of the flexibility I’ve lost over my 20+ years in the workforce. I recommend Work-Flow-Grow’s programs to anyone who would like to do the same.”

— John Morgan, Learning Information Systems Manager

I never knew that I needed yoga during my workday until I started doing yoga during my workday.  The mental clarity and focus that I have after a session is extremely beneficial.  Not only do I get a good stretch and workout, but it helps to recenter and align where I started the day.  After a mix of sitting, standing, and walking during the day the extra stretch and openings are exactly what I need to help me push through and I find myself looking forward to it throughout the week.
— Meghan Price, Project Manager
I want to thank Anita for bringing office yoga to our workplace! At first, I thought it would be hard to squeeze the time into the workday. But, the benefits I get out of taking this time are worth every minute! It not only improves my physical state but my mental state as well. I feel energized, less tense, and better able to focus. It is amazing how much of a difference it makes for the rest of the afternoon.
— Chrissy Verchick, Director of Client Experience

I never considered myself a “yoga person.” Going to a yoga studio intimidated me, and I really found it all too stuffy for my liking. But when our workplace started offering lunchtime yoga, I started going because my work friends were going, and I didn’t want to miss out! And I’m so glad I went because working with Anita has been the total opposite of my previous perception of yoga. She makes yoga fun, approachable, and encourages us to “not be afraid of falling apart” (on the mat or off the mat). Yoga has been a welcome break during the busy workday, and leaves me refreshed, recentered, and ready to conquer the rest of my to-do list! And a bonus… the constant lower back pain I was experiencing, probably from hunching over the computer too much, completely went away after a few weeks of consistent practice! I guess you can call me a “yoga person” now…”

FAQs

  • Ideally, we recommend the employer covers the cost of the group yoga classes so that it is truly a benefit to the employee. The cost will depend upon the number of classes/week and the length of the commitment (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Please fill out the “Contact Me” form and we can discuss the best package for your organization. It is possible to set up the classes on a co-op basis where the company pays for a portion and the employee pays for a portion, but we would require a minimum guarantee from the employer.

  • Once an agreement is reached for the number of weekly classes and the length of the commitment, your company will be invoiced one month at a time at the beginning of each month with payment due within 10 days. If the employer is co-oping with the employees, the employer will be invoiced the minimum amount at the beginning of each month as outlined above and the employee will purchase a 5-, 10-, or 20-class passes which will be debited for each class attended.

  • For best results, it is recommended to do yoga at least twice a week. We can offer as little as one class per week and the maximum can be determined based on the need.

  • We suggest making the class times available during the workday any time between 8am and 5pm. The specific time(s) can be arranged based on your company’s need and availability. If necessary, before work or after work times can be accommodated.

  • Classes will be held either at your company location or virtually depending upon the modality that you choose. If held at your company location, we can work together to find an appropriate spot. It can be a dedicated fitness space, an empty office, or even a big hallway.

  • In-person classes can accommodate up to 20 participants at a time depending upon the physical space. Virtual classes can accommodate up to 30 participants at a time.
